  • Usage Data: How you interact with the App, including features used and search queries
  • Crash and Performance Data: Anonymous diagnostic information to help us identify and fix bugs

  • Supabase: Database hosting and authentication services for storing your account and bucket list data
  • Google Places API: Restaurant information and location services
  • Apple MapKit: Map and location services for iOS users
  • Sentry: Error monitoring and crash reporting (anonymized data only)
  • Branch.io: Deep linking and attribution services

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

4.3 Business Transfers

  • Bucket List Data: Retained until you delete the items or your account

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

You can disable location permissions at any time through your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Location Services → DinnaFind).

7.5 Withdraw Consent

Where we rely on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

DinnaFind is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. By using our App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.
