How do I create an account? ▼
Open DinnaFind, tap "Sign Up" on the login screen, and choose from email/password, Sign in with Google, or Sign in with Apple (iOS only). Verify your email if using email/password signup.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it? ▼
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?", enter your email address, check your email for a verification code (OTP), enter the code and create a new password.
How do I search for restaurants? ▼
Open the Search tab, type a restaurant name, cuisine type, or keyword, adjust the distance filter (1mi, 3mi, 5mi, etc.), and tap any restaurant to view details.
How do I add a restaurant to my bucket list? ▼
Search for or view a restaurant, tap the "Add to Bucket List" button (bookmark icon). The restaurant is saved to your Bucket List tab.
How do alerts work? ▼
DinnaFind can notify you when you're near restaurants on your bucket list using geofencing. Add restaurants to your bucket list, enable location permissions (Always), enable notifications when prompted, and you'll receive alerts when within range of saved restaurants.
Why does DinnaFind need my location? ▼
We use your location to find restaurants near you, calculate distances to venues, send alerts when you're near bucket list restaurants, and improve search relevance. Location data is not stored permanently and never shared with third parties for advertising.

Data Collection
DinnaFind collects minimal data:
- Account Information: Email, name (from OAuth providers)
- Location Data: Used only for restaurant search (not stored permanently)
- Bucket List Data: Restaurants you've saved
- Usage Data: App crashes and errors (to improve stability)
Data We DON'T Collect
- ❌ Browsing history outside the app
- ❌ Contact lists or phone numbers
- ❌ Photos or camera roll access (unless you explicitly share)
- ❌ Advertising identifiers
- ❌ Cross-app tracking data
